The church serves as a space where you not only CONNECT with God but also forge meaningful connections with others. This interaction can unfold in many ways.
Your connection may begin when you:
- tune in to a worship service online;
- step through the church doors for worship;
- or engage with others at a community or church gathering.
As you consider coming to 1st Church we hope you come eager to CONNECT with others.
CONNECT AT SPECIAL EVENTS
Sometimes worship services can be intimidating to guests so it's a good thing that church can happen anywhere. Sunday and Wednesday worship services are streamed live online. Beyond worship, special events throughout the year are perfect avenues for checking out 1st Church without having to worry about fitting into the worship scene.
These include:
- Vacation Bible School (June 14th - 17th),
- BBQ & Bluegrass (July 5th),
- the All-Church Tailgate (Sunday before Labor Day),
- the Fall Festival at 1st (usually the last Sunday of October),
- the Alternative Gift Fair (usually the first Sunday of November),
- the Churchwide Thanksgiving Dinner,
- 1st Youth Rise and Shine
- and much more.
